r2m.ai is an independent research and product lab. We build long-horizon AI systems — systems that reason, remember, reflect, and improve over time.

What we're exploring

• Long-horizon agents — agents that stay coherent across hours, days, and weeks of work, pursuing goals that don't fit in one context window.
• Memory systems — persistent memory that accumulates experience and turns an agent's history into its advantage.
• Autonomous research — systems that form hypotheses, run experiments, reflect on the results, and refine their own understanding.
• Reliable behavioral control — long-running autonomy demands predictability: steerable, auditable, and safe to trust with real work.

The team

We're researchers, engineers, and traders from Google, Meta, Google DeepMind, TikTok, Morgan Stanley, Two Sigma, and Citadel — with roots at Harvard, Carnegie Mellon, Cornell, Stanford, the University of Waterloo, and Georgia Tech.
